The perfect hallucination." 🎶🔮🌙 ~ I've been musing a lot on dreams lately. Dreaming and lucid dreaming are very important to me, spiritually, but I have a very hard time controlling my lucidity. Lately, with the increase of my medatative practice, I have been having more dream recall and less disturbing nightmares plaugueing my sleep cycle. I had a dream the night before last that had me a little shook, though, as it seemed to have the quality of coming "outside of" myself. It was so clear to me, so vivid, which can be unusual in my dreams unless they need to be paid attention to. Definitely got out the ol' dream journal for this one.📖🌙 What do you guys do to achieve lucidity in dreams? Meditate? Reality checks? Affirmations? What works for you?
