The increase in suicide rates are astounding. Let me write this- I may not know you or your thoughts, but I have family members who suffer from bipolar disorder with suicidal ideation, anxiety, and depression. So I say this- do not make a long term decision on a temporary feeling. If you feel suicide is your only choice- talk to someone else first. Talk to a family member, a friend, a co-worker, or a total stranger, but do not leave this world without getting that thought or feeling off your chest. You are loved more than you know.
