Tonight on my Facebook, a girl I know called Robin Williams selfish because he took his own life. She then went on to compare herself and HER battle with depression to his and that "she has been close to ending her life but would NEVER do it because the thought of her family snaps her out of it and how DARE he kill himself, if I'm strong, why isn't he?' and I wanted to punch her in the face.

Robin Williams fought a long brave battle and I'm so proud of him. He spent all his "happy" on his family, friends, and all of us. He left none for himself. I'm heartbroken from his passing and can only imagine what his family is going through right now. I hope he has found the peace he could never find here <3 Rest In Peace you beautiful soul. Your smile, sad sparkly eyes, and wicked sense of humour will be terribly missed <3

In Honor of Robin Williams

I would like to propose a day of silence. No posting, a day of silence in honor of Robin Williams who died Monday August 11, 2014. When I heard the news I was crushed, and even now I start to cry thinking about the loss of not only one of the greatest actors of all time, but a genuinely wonderful human being. He will be dearly missed.
