I was watching TLAES/TAAMS arc with Rez's Beast, i.e. the OG Dazzle Deer and I feel so bad for them. They never got a chance at life, they were half built and scraped and the only time they ever got the closest to living was when they were possessed by Evelyn. With her it was the first time they received some care and a little bit of repair. And when she left, Dazzle was trash again. It's clear they care for Evelyn and her family and wants to be friends with them.
It makes me sad and wish they had a better life. So, I wanted to imagine what if Moon not only fixed their body but improved it and they were finally able to live their own life?
Perhaps they'd become an Astral like Lunar.
Space is a large enough place to live for someone 12 ft tall. They've already been a vessel of Star Power which gave them life again without needing a human soul. And once hunted by the Astrals to becoming one of them makes for a good plot.
She doesn't really have a place in the Pizzaplex. There's already a DJ and the Daycare has more attendants than it could ever need.
Deer are regarded as "leaders of the forest" or in this case, Dazzle looks after the personifications of animal constellations.
Some design choices were inspired by the concept art for the model, which is of the character Deadline from from a canceled Popgoes game:
In this version, they're entirely purple and their antlers have neon colors.
I'm one who likes the creepy and would have kept the skeleton design but to symbolize "life" I changed it. Their body shape is inspired by Kill Code.
They have white hair because they previously housed a ghost child. And after my Danny Phantom fixation, I wouldn't have it any other way.
Lastly, there's some noticable DCA elements like the ribbons and Sun and Moon LEDs because the Daycare was their home and where they made friends so, they deserve to keep a little bit with them.
