Joel Kinnaman , the actor behind the Robocop armor This new version is a major star in the popular series ” The Killing ” . Kinnaman continue the natural role in the 1987 original version played by Peter Weller .

This new version of Robocop is air – setting in the future 2019 where OmniCorp multinational company developed into the center of robot technology . They won the American drone war in the whole world . Now , OmniCorp want to bring in front of the home security technology everyone .

Alex Murphy is a good husband , father and honest cop who tried to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit . After he suffered severe injuries due to running errands , OmniCorp turn it into a robot . He returned to the streets of the city with the new ability to combat crime , including crimes OmniCorp .

So I saw the new trailer of Robocop.

I'll admit. The action looks good.

Though I still won't raise my hopes up.

Also that naked human hand is stupid.

But that first trailer, man...

They have these subs for the trailer appearing between clips going about how "Will human perceverence persevere?" or something like that. And then a scene later they have some guy going "He's rewriting the protocols!" So basically they answered the one mystery for the movie. Which wasn't even a mystery, because obviously he's gonna be more man than machine.

Also. Dude. It's PG-13. I was like... 9 when I saw the first Robocop. It never fucked me up. Do people today think that kids are cowards or that fragile?! Fuck PG-13.
