PLEASE if you're AFAB and having issues with pain/mood/health etc you should look into BC or other hormonal contraceptives!! they might help!! it will genuinely make your life better if it does so take the time to advocate for yourself 🩷🩷🩷

im honestly so glad another person was able to help with their overall health with BC 😭 i spent almost 10 years going around doctor after doctor only to be told my pain and mood swings were 'normal' 👎

after getting on my current combination of yasmin and sertraline, i finally feel like i can pick myself back up again whenever shit happens and not just want to disappear 🥲🥲🥲

sure im struggling with the money part, but at least i know the solution exists and when i do need to go through a withdrawal bleed, it doesn't hurt like it used to and doesn't make me feel crazy anymore 🥲 thank god for yasmin (or liza for the generic one!!)

highly recommend looking into oral contraceptives to help manage your symptoms especially if you're also mentally ill bc it can often make your other mental health issues WORSE (found out the hard way lol im adhd)
