Stashing his weapon in the holster hanging from his belt, Giles knelt down. The danger has passed. With a faint grunt he gathered the girl’s body in his arms, protectively tucking her head in the crook of his shoulder.

“She will be. Slayer healing.” Since Buffy had awakened all of the Potentials, it became apparent that his plans for retirement were pushed back a little. (Not that he would know what to do with himself if he wasn’t at the front line.)

Turning to the other woman, he asked, “You? Are you alright?”

“You shouldn’t be here.” Geralt hisses in a hushed whisper as he pulls silver from it’s spot on his back. The action creating a small hiss that can only be heard by those near him. Golden cat-eyes blink, zeroing in on anything and everything in the darkness.

Whatever it is, it’s nearby. He heard it, too. After all, he has enhanced hearing, he hears just about everything. One cautious step is taken, free arm held out to gesture her backwards just in case a monster decides to leap out at them. So far, nothing.

“Who are you? Go home, you shouldn’t be out here at this time of night.” He repeats, sending her a pointed look that tells her he means it, before his sword is held out in front of him, prepared to strike,

“Yeah, how about no.” As interesting as a concept as that is, that’s one sure fire way to get them killed. “They could team up and kill us both.” While he’d pay to see that in a movie, he sure as hell isn’t going to risk it in real life. “Lady, don’t. I’m serious - alright?” 

He’s got no idea if she knows the weight behind something like that but if she doesn’t? He hopes he can stop her before she ruins his entire day with having to kill not one, but two, supernatural entities.

Someone breaking free of Wanda’s spell, could it really be? The mere idea was enough to keep the witch intrigued, putting on her best act. Feigned concern and a soft tone to really sell it. ❛ Oh, I know, dear. Everyone has just felt a little fuzzy since that new couple moved in. Say, why don’t we go sit down, have some tea? Doesn’t that just sound like a gas? We can talk about what’s going on with you, maybe gossip a little. ❜

12. what roleplay trends do you remember from the year you started tumblr rp? how did you feel about those trends?

the only thing i can truly think of from the year i first started tumblr rp was how aesthetic based everything was or at least the fandom i was in. but i remembered it being very you needed to have icons and a good promo, etc to get people to follow and interact with you, which i hated so so much. like sure its nice for everything to look pretty but to push people away from the fandom and community when they don't have money or resources for the "pretty" things is a big no from me.

1. how do you feel about reblog karma?

i don't really feel any certain way towards it if i'm honest. i don't mind people reblogging posts from me and not sending things in and i don't think it would really bother me unless it was a large group of stuff all reblogged at once then it might be an issue.

10. what genre do you most enjoy, whether in roleplay, or fiction as a whole? (fantasy, period, superhero, etc.)

i enjoy reading and writing fantasy based things the most and historical fiction would have to come in second though they are pretty neck to neck. i can get very passionate about them both that i think it becomes kind of annoying for those around me.
