AGDQ 2020 - Mega Man 7
“He is not ready to be stored in a museum!”
The Moment you are just listening to music and looking at MegaMan FanArt and suddenly remember the robot museum existence in Canon
My piano arrangement of the intro stage theme from Mega Man & Bass.
This song was originally composed by Akari Kaida.
I’ll make art for this later, but I’m slow, so it’ll probably be a very long time before it gets done.
To me, this song is not only one of my favourite songs in the Mega Man series, but it’s one of my favourite video game songs of all time. It’s somehow relaxing and energetic at the same time and I love that.
Guess who’s still alive.
Here’s my 8-Bit (VRC6) rendition of the intro stage from Mega Man & Bass. This one translated very nicely.
The original song was composed by Toshihiko Horiyama, Naoshi Mizuta and Akari Kaida.
My 8-bit rendition of the Robot Museum theme from Mega Man 7 with the VRC6 sound expansion.
Mega Man 7’s soundtrack was originally composed by Yuko Takehara, Toshihiko Horiyama and Makoto Tomozawa.
The artwork was made by me.
I really love the idea behind this song, bringing representatives of the first three games together, not to mention that the MM7 composers did a great job on making a cohesive song with them.
“Look back from the future and send us an affluent Earth.”
