Hey, thanks anon! Unfortunately I work nights in an automotive factory, so this is my view. But on a positive note we do get a food truck to come for our employees appreciation dinner at our lunchtime and we get an extra 1/2 hour on our lunch break! Free bacon cheeseburgers! Which I hear from 1st shift are awesome.

The addition of a robotic welding system has made it possible for NJS to produce a greater number of utility products in a fraction of the time. For example, the welding portion in the production of 500 NEMA type4x stainless steel junction boxes takes a fraction of the time with a robotic welding system as it takes with a professional welder. Since the welding portion of these products is the most time consuming part of the process, we are able to cut production times drastically while increasing output.
