Second Version of Hope-Birthed Soldier, now with art! (Old version here)

Took some suggestions from @imakethecard and some thoughts of my own to make it a bit better.

For one, I made Overlay optional and then changed it to “nontoken” to make it still a bit of an investment.

Then, I made the Overlay counter effect much stronger, to make the investment worth it.

Then, I increased the cost a little, as it had been a bit insane for the previous cost of [3][W].

Looking back at the old design, I think I might’ve tried too hard to be close to the source material.
