I've got chronic back pain(muscular in nature, presumably related to having hEDS), and getting a massage gun was such a great thing. Only thing that I've done that feels better is getting a proper massage.

I feel like there's been multiple fucking things in the last week that have sucked and I've been just really upset from it all.

I wonder if part of why I feel like shit today is that I worked on christmas at ass o clock I'm the morning as well as some in the evening and now I'm working a normal day the day after christmas

Also I just think I get more sad during the winter, seems to be a trend over the past few years at least.
