About the "Herr/Frau" formality thing - I always find it funny when I stumble on some interview in German and see football players being referred to as "Herr [surname]" because it looks like they're talking to an elderly scholar or something, not to a 20-year-old. XDDD It's made all the worse by the fact that here in Brazil most football players are known just by their first names or nicknames (e.g. all the "-inhos").

it’s weird for us to hear this too tho :D

I mean here in Germany we say Schweini, Poldi, Manu, Fips, Jogi, Miro etc. too and to hear interviewers refering to them as “Herr Schweinsteiger” etc. makes me cringe a bit :’D It does make them sound like elderlies somehow. But I don’t hear it very often though :)

I'm trying to keep my expectations as low as possible, but at the very least there should be a word or two about the "schweini and poldi" shenanigans in 2006 (though I don't know how that time is addressed in Poldi's book).

I would just really appreciate some schweinski in 2015. I mean, it's already February, and Basti hasn't even said anything about Poldi going to Inter. Right? ... Or am I missing something?

(I assume that if it's even addressed, it'd be a chapter entitled: "no homo (unless he's cool with it)"; the abridged version.)
