Eadred design.

He was fun to put together-- and it's rare for my eyepatched creations to be missing their left eye. I am always yanking out the right.
Anyway this is Eadred. A king who refuses to wear his crown. I am hoping to put him into something a friend of mine will hopefully work on. If not I will just draw him now and again. He doesn't really have a place in any of my own stories... yet.
Hevohn WIP.
Hevohn is growing on me more and more as I map him out. Anyone who knows me knows that I am not really all that into Christianity or their ways and thoughts-- so it's to be expected of me that any angelic creations of mine would be... well. Not right. Like Ptera was born to show my hatred for how Vampires are now portrayed (he turns into a giant bat and eats people whole), Hevohn was born so I could explore my feelings on angels.
Hevohn is a very damaged individual. His wings have always been tiny-- much tinier than those of his brothers and sisters and he was often looked down on for it. He has a very negative self image and often-times denies his even being an angel. Instead he jokes about being a goose or duck. He is unable to hide his wings within his body so they usually end up under clothing. Stuffed away and it makes them ache but he's ashamed of them.
He's also a bit off on the holy/kind scale. Hevohn can be a bit of a brawler and certainly has a colourful tongue.
Anyway. I'll work on this more in the morning I HOPE. This is my first time succeeding in profile so I am pretty excited. I just hope I don't ruin it when I clean it up and colour him. I'm not 100% sure what his palette is-- but I am considering him being kinda redheaded so I can add freckles and add to his adorable-ness.
Project start.
While I am busy packing to move into my new home at the end of this week, I have also been planning on getting to work once I am settled in. My wish to start a stable webcomic has been very compromised due to my constantly moving from one stressful environment to another over the past year. With this home being my own I'm sure I will be comfortable enough to finally make this wish come true.
But where to start? On the comics that I have tried in the past? No. I decided against that. They need to stay buried and rest forever in that part of my head. Today I got the random inspiration for a story that I am very sure will be successful. My goal is to have a comic that will have people wondering and constantly refreshing in hopes of an update.
This idea is very fresh in my mind and I have much work to do before even starting with pages or books or whatever. But I am very excited about it already. And I am not the only one. My closest friend will also be working on this project with me. We have similar tastes and I can promise that will both of us to create new characters and ideas it will only have the most interesting of results.
From here out I will be posting concept art for characters and designs of things involving this project. I hope you'll enjoy it!
