Wild Fish š . Since enjoying the sustainable seafood centric Passionfish in Pacific Grove, weāve enjoyed returning to this area along the Coast . With live jazz music playing outside and stellar cuisine, Wild Fish is the next great Pacific Grove find and stands out among the many seafood restaurants in the area . We loved the nightly special sablefish collar (we enjoy hamachi collar often as a Japanese appetizer), the hearty bouillabaisse, and the sticky coffee pudding . The chips (French fries) are out of this world and I imagine the lunch-only fish and chips must be phenomenal. The batter and frying technique makes these one of the best French fries Iāve ever had . š· Bouillabaisse $32 ~ Wild caught rock cod, mussels, squid, shrimp, aromatics, saffron, rouille, Ad Astra sourdough croutons / Sablefish Collar $18 / Smoked Fish Chowder $13 ~ Local rock cod, onions, fennel, potatoes, chives / Arugula Strawberry Salad $13 ~ macerated strawberries, Santa Rita rind-washed cheese, Napa & red cabbage, toasted hazelnuts, honey mustard / Chips $8 ~ Thick cut russet potatoes / Sticky Toffee Pudding . šWild Fish (Pacific Grove, CA) . #instafood #foodstagram #yelpbayarea #seafood #rockcod #pacificgroveeats #eatersf #topcitybites #sffoodie #foodie #nomnom #feedfeed #eeeeeats #foodpics #eeeeeats #foodgasm #dailyfoodfeed #foodphotography (at Wild Fish Pacific Grove) https://www.instagram.com/p/CTgcfCprppI/?utm_medium=tumblr
