Okay, I suppose calling it a rocket base would be a stretch, but Botropolis Ironworks does make a pretty spiffy rocket outpost for Countdown.

Another day at the Electric Central Station, where the two Pokémons were laying on their backs, pressing them into the wall; paws on their neck.
Myles, the leader of the two, pointed out that a Ampharos wasn't working at all.
"Hey!" Myles shouted. "Work! Or else the boss is going to be very angry!"
Myles then pointed at the human twins office and Pip, without needing his brother to talk, he ran to the office, coming in and saluting both Rocket grunts.
"Plusle! Plus! Plus! (Come over! We have a rebellious Ampharos!)"
And he pointed to the lazy Pokémon, which could be seen from the giant window of the nearby office.
That Ampharos had to learn. Pip and Myles would give him a lesson in a Pokémon battle.
No matter what.
I wrote a post about an abandoned military base with lots of pictures!
