I’ve never been so satisfied watching a bearded dragon eat blueberries. 12/10 must watch!
Everything in life is better now
no one eats blueberries faster…
The lil pitter patter gets me every time
While this totally applies to other marginalized groups, I’d like to remind everyone House is specifically talking about an autistic child here.
Remember that.
This. THIS is what bothers me with the “We just want to be seen as normal, using the word Queer is Bad” thing.
My queer, autistic, ADHD, traumatized, disabled ass is never going to be “normal”, and that’s okay.
Yep, same here. And I don’t want the lines redrawn to make me “normal” the way some LGBT folks do, because even if you define us as part of “normal”… the very existence of normal requires an outgroup that’s defined as “abnormal”, and what happens to them? (Exactly what House said… cruelty, possibly disguised as “help”, possibly not, but cruelty nevertheless.)
okay what the hell

Some Drinks as Shounen 'Anime' Protagonists
I tried to draw a few drinks as anime dudes + water!
Would probably draw other types of drinks to add to this in the future haha. Good Afternoon! It’s based on a gijinka reward poll I did on patreon in which drink gijijnka won.

americans think ABSOLUTELY NOTHIN of driving 7 hours. they’ll drive 7 hours just for dinner. they’ll drive 7 hours just for chips and dip
My friend in the UK told me that they only see their father like 2-3 times a year because they live so far away. When I asked how far do they live, they said that it’s a 45 minute drive……. my commute to work, five days a week is an hour.
My daily commute is roughly an hour and fifteen minutes ONE WAY. To Work. Then I have to commute that back home.
if u ever find a genie and you’re really craving a dessert that looks like this:
do NOT say “i’d like a lifetime supply of raspberry crowns”
while this is, in fact, the name of the pastry, it’s ALSO the name of a species of wasp for some reason. the genie, being a nasty trickster, will no doubt give you a bunch of wasps.
this is an oddly specific post are you ok

Things to know before April comes
#1: Autism is not a dangerous disease that needs to be cured!
#2: Autism speaks is a bad organisation that doesn’t listen to autistic people and portrays autism as a horrible disease.
#3: Most autistic people don’t want a cure.
#4: Vaccines don’t cause autism!
#5 People don’t “overcome” autism, they overcome any negative side-effects associated with their autism. They’re still autistic, even if they seem “normal” to you!
#6 “Wow. I never would’ve guessed you were autistic” is not a compliment
It will forever haunt me that I cannot share this joke with everyone I meet
Boosting this warning!
call me ignorant but i genuinely don’t understand why sports have to be split up by gender.
@ everyone in the notes talking about physical performance: if that were the case, then sports would be divided by physical performance. that’s a thing you can measure. that’s a thing that varies by individual. a weak man and a strong man would be an unfair fight in boxing/wrestling/MMA, which is why they divide those sports up into weight groups based on physical performance. but they also further segregate them based on gender. chess is segregated by gender for no reason but sexism. if it’s actually about skill and physical ability, then measure those and separate people by those metrics. don’t do some bullshit gender segregation and pretend like men and women are inherently on different levels no matter their individual abilities.
Remember that time a teenage girl struck out Babe Ruth? That’s fucking why. Men are afraid of being beaten by women.
Remember that time male swimmers were pulled out of training because Kate Ledecky was leaving them ‘broken’ by swimming better than them? Remember how she didn’t even notice, because she was busy actually training?
