The first flight test for Australian-based Gilmour Space didn't exactly go according to plan. Cleared the pad, cleared the tower, and then, well. Still, a fine first attempt! Their hybrid fuel system is a fascinating concept and I'll be interested to see where they go with it.
that little speck in the shot on the right is a payload faring half, they cost like 3-5 million so they reuse them if they can.
Booster peaked at 115 KM,
Bullseye, booster made launch and landing number 35, SpaceX is looking to rate the Falcon 9 boosters at 40 launches, which I think last year they were looking at rating them for 25, so going with the sky's the limit at the moment on launch times.
