So, I did a thing...
I haven't really talked much about my job, who I "work" for or what I do. While I can't really talk about current stuff, i can say that I helped finish off the manual for a game that officially released just a bit ago.
That game is cloudphobia.

So, there you go, you get to see I think I did.
There will be more to come, naturally, but I cant talk about it just yet. I would LOVE to, but there are these things called NDAs...
The eastern indie gaming scene, while large and well-established, barely shows up on the radar of even the most savvy of western gamers due to the sheer amount of effort involved in getting hold of and playing games from abroad, in a foreign language. Fortunately, there’s a small but growing number of localization houses, trawling the Japanese comic markets for prospective licensees, striking deals and translating games for us to get out teeth into.

I tracked down their resident codemonkey/translator, Sara, for a bit of a chat a couple of weeks back. Now with their big announcement made, I can share the full conversation with you. It’s lengthy, but pretty informative stuff.
