While there isn't much of a conversation to be held between them, I was compelled to draw Sigma and Juno in the same room. Just because.

I thought drawing Sigma from that angle would save me the trouble of getting his face right for now, but I was played like an idiot, ahah. (I was actually prepared to draw that chin of his, but oops. Things got in the way.)

#then I also thought harder than I needed to when it came to eye contact 'cause honestly both of them are notably tall #so I think it's safe to say they aren't that far apart in height #anywho on paper it may sound like the perfect ending to sigma #but technically the master system still serves humans #so he should take what he will with that information #(that is if anyone tells him)#doodle-daas #sigma #megaman juno #rockman juno

Revisiting the “Backpack Girl” project made me re-look at Megaman Legends for inspiration, and I forgot how much I liked Megaman Juno’s design.

It's the same old dance.

It's not very easy for me to redraw the same pose at the same instant, which this kind of shot needed. So I apologize that the "reflections" don't properly line up. Additionally, I drew the bottom one first, but after staring at it a little, I decided to flip it around for my upload.

Very experimental and rough, I'm just glad I got it down on paper. ( ; -;)b

I am never finishing this because I feel like I messed up on the positioning vs. layering too much that it can't be saved, but... that expression on Volnutt's face looked so nice and was the most important point in this sketch. So there we go. Hmm. :)

Yeah Juno purely exists to bring conflict-n-anguish for Volnutt, and I think that's Great.

Yet another addition to this sudden series of Volnutt being a POS to Juno (deservingly). I'd say I almost had what I visualized upon listening to that voice of clip of Juno taking damage, but I messed up his hand-- I went and sketched too much of his lower torso before I realized it.

#I tried to salvage it as best I can... but the rest is fine though #the most important thing aside from his soft little expression is that teeny-weeny boop of an impact #it doesn't help that juno's ENG voice is so soft so it ends up sounding like the injury was quite minor #but with a body that thick I feel it would still make sense #doodle-daas #rock volnutt #megaman juno #rockman juno

There are so many things, so many questions... Why can't I get them out?

"Come on Volnutt, you had so many chances. Why didn't you just shoot Juno while he was talking?" Said so many people.

But they're right. He had so many chances, to choose what he wanted to do, to uncover what he wanted to know. Nevertheless, it all slipped away before he could finally pull the trigger.

#the forbiddenness of juno's character continues to fascinate me #on the obvious surface level he's a dangerous weapon that was tightly locked way unless his functions were needed #but on a more conceptual sense the information he holds about trigger's past also feel as such #how badly does volnutt want to know and if so why does he keep hesitating over it? why not simply ask him?#(except he finally did in nxc and then chose to brush off the sliver of info he got b/c roll was there)#then again juno very much struck volnutt with difficult truths as if it were normal business to the two of them #to have ties-- even faintly-- with something so horrible #would volnutt really want to know more at that point?#and even considering how juno is also a megaman but he (and the others in concept) were disregarded beyond the first title #they could've done a lot with this #but they did not apparently #oh it's painful #he truly feels like such a forbidden thing #doodle-daas #megaman legends #rockman dash #rock volnutt #megaman juno #rockman juno #(again I have No Idea if I'm making sense but I need to scratch this feeling in my brain about it uwaghh)
