In September of last year we released our third album 'Bring Us Together' and got to play so many great shows at legendary clubs and festivals in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Spain, Hungary, France, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Romania, USA, UK, Philippines and Denmark. Thanks to all of you beautiful people who came to see us live, it means more than you could ever know. Since 2009's Fruit, Asteroids Galaxy Tour has been a trendsetting band, featuring a modern take on classic 60's auditory architecture, resulting in incredibly well-paced dance songs that anyone can groove to. After Around the Bend was featured in the 2nd-gen iPod Touch commercial, Heineken featured the band in an ad campaign playing their song The Golden Age, a song that lyrically infers some of the inspiration the band gets their sound from. September saw their third album, Bring Us Together, drop, with lead single My Club and the album over all finding critical success. Rock the Ride features a quicker pace than the lead single, but it has a sharpness to it that I am certain will allow the track to bite in to an audience in a very similar way.
The album through and through expounds upon the sound AGT has become known for, shifting slightly closer to their pop side, allowing for more fun, upbeat enthusiasm in their music.
