I can't fully express how good it feels to finally be finishing RoCS. Since the first week of April I've edited the original fic into Complementary Variables, with some pieces reworked into Strange Mathematics, which is now 45,000 words and sailing along nicely. And I actually am on track to finish the whole sometime this summer. I'm about halfway through the story now and, while I do have an unwieldy document full of things I need to go back and fix in the final pass, it's coming together the way I hoped it would.

It's a really good place to land creatively, is the point. Doing a project justice the way I should have done it in the first place.
