one of the things im frustrated by is not seeing enough discourse on keeley’s climb as a leader of her own pr firm. in the second episode, it was so heart wrenching to see people around her assume how she got this gig. her CFO instantly assumes that she was a model that climb through connections and the director and a.d. in the vodka shoot instantly assumes she doesnt know what she is talking about even though she was quite clear that she understood. i have so many fucking feelings about it because that happens still, especially with female leaders in the workplace. like im for roy/keeley, but let’s not ignore her career growth and her own narrative.
