4. Which faction did they join, and why? How long has it been?

i am undecided on this right now! in my first run, i played him as a veil jumper, and for his second go i'm playing him as a crow.

as a veil jumper, he joined to find help learning how to harness and control his magic, and to atone for hurting his clan in a magical accident by saving other people from wild magic.

as a crow, he ran from his mistakes, from his chosen brother, and made a home for himself in the regret of being a killer. it's only through viago's mentoring that he learns how to actually harness his magical capabilities

im leaning towards him being a crow right now, considering how Juicy it would make the ending sequence. also rhava de riva is an Incredibly fun name

12. Does Rook have any family? Do they keep in touch?

rhava's family situation is.. complicated. he's technically an only child, but grew very close to his chosen sibling in his clan, imeric (who is frey @qunaributts ' oc, they are the bishop to rhava's rook :'3) growing up. he left his clan when he was a teenager after he caused an accident practicing his magic, killing multiple people including his own parents. imeric eventually left the clan to follow him, and i imagine rook keeps tabs on the clan through them.

maybe post game he'd make a trip to visit them again

15. What’s the first thing people notice when Rook enters a room?

if not how short he is lol, then his eyes- always focused on whatever objective lays ahead of him. or maybe his shadow, he's usually being trailed closely by imeric early in the game, and lucanis later in the game.

26. how do they move? are they clumsy? light on their feet? do they use mobility aids?

Kyani is pretty agile! She's very lightfooted and as a half woof elf she does get extra movement speed haha. She shapeshifts often as she has to while adventuring over different terrains, but she does get a little over-cautious in battles as she's also fighting bloodlust that builds up so she's a pretty frequent target for attacks.

32. do they have any habits that aren't particularly self-destructive, just maybe odd?

She carries a bag of seeds with her as she travels, and wherever they set up camp she plants one down as a ritual for herself. It's something her mum taught her growing up as she was teaching Kyani the customs and traditions of her old druidic tribe, and its something that just stuck on her.

She tends to plant these seeds a little further aways from camp, its not something she has shared with most of the companions.

35. do they ever return home?

To Baldur's Gate? Yes! I'm going by as Kyani in her companion storyline for bg3:

In Act 3 she returns back to the city side, meeting up with her adopted mother, and more importantly to track down the feys that led to her beastial curse. She remarks how the city feels the same again and gets a little nostalgic :')

After she becomes a fey, the part of her that felt connected to the humanity in the city died, so she says her goodbye afterwards.

She never learns what happened to the rest of the druid tribes.
