Quest Accepted - DO MORE FUCKING ART AND DRAW YOUR FRIENDS, TESS!
Here is a portrait I did of @rokachan because Roka is adorable and deadly. I'm a little better with drawing the ladies though that might be in my head, and Roka is super pretty. Next on the list, Ilan!
...who is a pretty boy. Look, shut up. I'll draw a dude with like. A Santa beard next or something. Or maybe after I draw 3000 more girls cause boys have cooties. I'm pretty sure that was scientifically proven.
You were the sweetest apparition, such a pretty vision

Well hello there
Thank you for appreciating my man who very much wants to murder me for putting him in situations like these. How dare I.

Staring the miqo'te up and down for a moment, and from a safe distance, Syla couldn't help but try to hide his smirk. She was a bit...intense to start off with. From looks alone, one wouldn't think her to be so...fiery, was a nice way of putting it. Respectfully of course.
'Roka seems...fun. Once I can get a bit closer to her. I could take her.'
Are you a ship whore?
I...
used to be.
The thought is fun! Sharing slice of life moments and such, developing characters together and writing story plots. Years ago I was much more open about randomly doing it with random people and seeing where it leads.
After fifteen years of playing (and roleplaying, and shipping characters in) World of Warcraft, Discord//forum threads, and four of FFXIV I've gotten more wary.
Things, OOC and IC, don't work out. Characters don't mesh, IRL friendships fall apart, people drift apart. I'm more...weary, about things. To date I'm shipping with a grand total of 2 people I know and trust. They have full time jobs, full time lives, and understand there are things that take precedent over pretend pixel people romances.
I still talk to them and switch back and forth about 'imagine if x did this and y was like 'why are you like this' " or saying "my oc would do this because he's/she's a dumbass" with them, but mostly about real life things. 2019, 2020, 2021 and hell, probably 2022, have been hard/might be hard on all present and accounted for.
I still love RPing with people and, if characters and real life personalities mesh, shipping, but anymore these days (especially after a falling out with others I used to call friends) I value those real life connections more.
Life is just too tiring and too short to care more about fake romance than real friendships.
Hello! A fun commission for tonight. I typically draw a lot of dark, male characters, and have never really gotten the chance to do a commission with a twist in the other direction. It was a ton of fun truth be told and I really enjoyed this one for @rokachan I hope you all enjoyed! Certainly a new experience for me!
Y: You 1. how old were you when you created them? 2. what inspired you to create them? 3. were they different when they were first created? 4. do you enjoy writing them more than other characters? 5. what’s your favorite thing about them?
1: How old were you when you created them?Mn, I started playing XIV in September of 2013, so I had just turned 22 the month prior. However, Keelah did not really spring up as a role play character until around 2015 and so I was technically 24.
2: What inspired you to create them?My delight for characters who are mayhem and murder incarnate.
3: Were they different when they were first created?Absolutely~! Keelah was a real wild card when I first created her. She was dumb, young and murder crazy. She was more of a unruly gremlin child who fought everyone she met, wore dirty clothes and spoke with the grace of a drunken sailor with a stubbed toe. I’ve since reeled her in a tad and given her a more graceful and sensual appeal. However, though her wardrobe may be more expensive nowadays, she’s still the murder crazy gremlin underneath it all ♥
4: Do you enjoy writing them more than other characters?Oh yes! Keelah is my oldest OC and she is the most used because I just love her so much.
5: What’s your favorite thing about them? Her witty and natural disposition to be the comic relief in any situation. She’s always got some kind of commentary to take away the tension. Also makes it all the more exciting when Keelah gets serious. If the joking and laughter stops you had better start running, because someone is about to find themselves impaled upon her knife.
Thank you for the prompt, @rokachan ♥[ABCs of your OCs]
