-It takes awhile for yuri to understand that hands and words aren't always meant to hurt

-He likes to hold hands with the yuboys. the first time he initiated contact first he was so proud of himself

Astral was built to be a weapon, Yuri was raised to be one. Perhaps that shared past of being a weapon made them both seek solace in the garden. Something about nurturing the living instead of killing them brought about a sense of calmness. Caring for plants was a quiet affair, something that Astral appreciates. There was no need for high energy, unlike Yuya’s show prep, here in the greenhouse Yuri prefers to take his time to tends to the specific need of each plants.

Yuri snarked and grumble the first time Astral entered the greenhouse unannounced. But it was in a way like Yuma when he said something and meant another. As seen when Yuri indulged Astral curiosity by answering his multiple questions regarding the strange plant with pitcher like shapes.

Although Yuri had never asked Astral regarding the Astral World’s plant life. Astral could see curiosity in those purple eyes. Still he was glad that Yuri held his questions. There had only ever been on type of plant in the Astral world, if you didn’t count the wilting veins and the dwindling grass like moss, a cone like tree which civilians carved home out off. Nothing comparing the diversity that Astral was able to observe here on earth.

That was until he contacted Enna for their usual check up. The Astral woman cheerfully told him about the re-growing of the Astral World. How some long thought dead flowers had bloom on the Astral World’s soil once again. She offered to send a specimen to him and Astral could not say yes fast enough.

Yuri could only stare when Astral presented him with said flowers.

“I believe the name is roughly translated as Knotted Dew. I was told that this was a rather rare plant in the Astral World.” He place the pod containing the flowers onto the table. There was a small bow wrapped around the pod of course. It was a gift after all.

“And you’re giving it to me?” Yuri asked incredulously.

“Yes,” Astral held up the list Enna had sent with the plant. “ I have translated the instructions for its care but I’m sure you’ll take good care of it regardless.”

Yuri didn’t answered. He looked down the the vibrant purple flowers, admiring the alien plant. As he traced his fingers over the crystal leaves a small smile. Astral didn’t know that Yuri was capable of looking so soft but now that he had he would die just to see such happiness again.

“You’re helping me.” Yuri declared.

Astral had been helping Yuri tend to the greenhouse for a while at that point so he wasn’t surprised at the request. Still he was honored that Yuri would included him.

Road trip au! They use Astral's spaceship to travel around the world/dimensions for fun. Maybe bump into Yusei and Jaden along the way. Astral and Yuma show the Yu boy around the Astral world

Yugo gets...space-sick?? idk but the others make fun of him even though he owns a d-runner and does more crazy sh*t on it then the spaceship which is flying very smoothly and very safely.

yuma is laughing and explaining everything yuya asks as he stares out the window to watch the stars go by

astral is also answering everything yuto asks but makes sure the ship stay on course and doesn't crash

Yuri/yugo are stealing things from every place they go to and no one is surprise just disappointed.

Yusei and jaden hitch a ride somewhere in Italy when the rokuboys visit there, no one questions why yusei seems to be glowing and why shadows are literally moving under jaden's feet, somethings are left unanswered.

They go to a couple more country's and dimensions then decided to go to astral's world. they lose yuya, jaden and yuma in the first hour there. they find them of course but those three get the scolding of the life time

Well for one thank you for the ask! Two of course i'll share some deets on rokushipping! three in this astral has his own body and can be seen/touched by others.

For one, even though they're in a poly, the relationship is closed and they prefer it that way, now for dynamics! Yuya and yuma: they are very loud and affectionate, they feed into each others chaos honestly but they know when to step back and be chill. I feel like Yuma tries to lead the relationship but yuya actually the one who has a good idea on how a romantic relationship works. not like lacking knowledge in a relationship is bad, it's a learning experience for them

The Yuboys: Honestly like your typical dimensionshipping dynamic but it's less focused on just yuya. they all equally spend time together and make sure they have time for everyone in the relationship, they make sure no one is left out

Keyshipping: Astral and yuma are super close, sometimes it seems they aren't dating the others but the two are quick to reassure they love the others equally but what astral and yuma have in terms of bond is different, they're halves of a whole and they care for each other tremendously.

Astral and yuri: I headcanon yuri childhood wasn't that good so he doesn't know alot about the world so he and astral often go out to explore and just learn together. it's a good bonding experience for them

Yuma and yuri: As i have said before, yuri is very distant from yuma (and the others in general) but they do spend time together. often time's yuma helps yuri with his garden or the two cook when yuma or yuri have time

Yuya and astral: they duel all the time, if they aren't hanging off yuma or bothering the others of the poly, they're most likely dueling. if not dueling they're going out to eat or yuya is showing astral his magic tricks.

Yugo and Yuma: Bike rides! Yugo loves showing his D-wheel off to yuma, it honestly makes yugo's day when yuma asks to take a ride with him. yugo sometimes takes yuma out on his D-wheel for dates

Yugo and astral: Astral is the one yugo confines in a lot, thanks to yugo's short temper he fears he's going to hurt one of them by yelling or getting into a fight with them. astral is the one to sit quietly and listen to yugo vent and in turn, yugo listens to when astral needs to cool off or is upset.

Yuto and yuma: Yuma takes yuto out a lot, mostly parks to talk or walk. Yuma likes to see yuto be able to put his walls down and yuto loves spending time with someone who won't force him to be open when he's not ready.

Yuto and astral: They often sit down and read together, they love to quietly chat for hours on end or sit in silence. they love their partners but sometimes they just need quiet and thankfully they have each other for that.

Together: if everyone is together they mostly stay inside to spend time with each other, people accept poly's but a gay poly with six members is bound to get looks so they typically just stay in the comforts of their home. they take turns dueling each other or watch yuma, yuri and yuto cook or they sit out in yuri's garden. sometimes they have group discussions about their trauma's or feelings, communication is important especially in a big poly as theirs. All in all, loving each other is rewarding and the work they put in for their relationship makes it worth it.

So how does the poly works? does all of the Yu boys have a relationship with Yuma and what about Astral?

So instead of multiple people dating one person, everyone is dating everyone.

Yuma and astral are dating the yuboys and the yuboys are dating each other and yuma/astral. Astral was actually the one to suggest everyone date each other.

Yuma and yuri is complicated tho, they are dating but yuri is very distant from yuma, yuri is slightly afraid he's going to "corrupt" or "break" yuma but yuma just wants to hold his hand and kiss him on the forehead cuz he understands yuri is uncomfortable with big displays of affection.

Everyone's dynamic in the poly is different and they're happy with the relationship they have going.

Yuma actually drove a duel runner in the manga for an impromptu challenge so imagine him surprising Yugo with his driver license

Hey how did you came up with Rokushipping?

when i was getting back into Yu Gi Oh, i had started watching Arc V and fell in love with Yuya and his counterparts, i read a lot of dimensionshipping fics and looked at art. i don't remember how but i ended up reading a kattomatoshipping fic and fell for it, so i started looking at more yuya x yuma things which led me to shipping yuya and yuma

this was weird for me cuz at the time i did not like zexal or yuma so me shipping yuma with someone was a surprise. anyway, i started shipping keyshipping as well soon after and started to think about what dimensionshipping, kattomatoshipping and keyshipping would be like together which led me down to shipping them all together. i started to look around to see if this poly had a ship name but it didn't which was a shock and for days i sat and thought about a ship name that wasn't taken or sounded weird, i wanted something easy to remember but also isn't to crazy and then i remembered the Japanese word for six, as there are six members of the poly.

I decided to name the ship rokushipping, simple, sweet and easy. Rokushipping is my OT6 and a big comfort for me. i love them so much. i hope this answers your question and thanks for asking!

Yuya puts on a magic show for his boyfriends. Usual Yuma is his assistance but sometimes they draw straws

Yuma dresses up for his role as assistant and takes his job very seriously

The others also enjoy being part of the act when they get the chance too! I think they just like to do something yuya enjoys.
