First mile of 2017 is in the books! Tool it a little slower but my stomach still wasn't happy with me when I was done. I even waited longer after my last meal. Oh well. Started the first day of my running groups January Leg Challenge by completing a few skater squats. I always find these good for balance which I need more help with as I get older. Haha. Ran another mile barefoot on the treadmill today. As soon as I was done, my 4 year old, Scarlett, declared it was her turn and jumped right on. I love that she is so active. If you ask her what her favorite activity is at school she'll tell you the swings on the playground. She works hard at her chosen sports, gymnastics and dance, but still has fun. Of course, shortly after I snapped this pic she upped the speed and almost flew off! That was enough indoor running for today. Now it's time for football!
