Lenparrot remet le lundi au goût du jour

Le 18 mai dernier sortait « Monday Land », le premier single alléchant du prochain album de Lenparrot

2015. Le musicien nantais Romain Lallement sort Aquoibonism, son premier EP, chez Atelier Ciseaux. S’en suit un élégant Naufrage un an plus tard. L’étrangement nommé Lenparrot s’enferme alors en studio pendant sept mois afin de parfaire un album sobrement baptisé And then he. Il devrait sortir cet automne.

Tic. Tac. D’horloge en petits pois, Lenparrot nous prend délicatement par la main et nous entraîne en « Monday Land ». Le rythme est rond. La batterie est précise. Lenparrot va à l’essentiel et l’on ne s’en plaint pas. Il passe en voix de tête avec autant de sincérité que de doigté et se lance dans une lamentation heureuse pour le moins séduisante. Si son album est aussi abouti que ce premier extrait, on ne peut que parier sur un succès. Fermez les yeux, le weekend approche. Lenparrot aussi.
