just double checking, when I picked my captain to be in their early 40's the pop up says it will lock out 2 of 6 of the romance options. I thought there was only 5? I know one of the lock outs is Ahmose, but I'm not sure about the second, maybe Tabiry?
completely fair if it's spoilers and you can't say or just want to leave it up to be discovered in story!
(i do love that you can choose MC's age, and that there are restrictions, it makes it feel more realistic)
The 6th is the poly romance which will be a completely different route on its own and it includes Ahmose (therefore, unavailable to older characters). Tabiry is romanceable by every age.
There is a section in the FAQ that explains this.

I think I’ve figured it out.
Yautja might adopt a more human way of kissing since it’s a pretty ingrained part of human relationships. Like they try to mimic it?
They fold all of their mandibles together, press the flat part of the fangs against your cheek, mimic the stereotypical kissing sound, and then pull back a little bit to flare their mandibles.
Unfortunately certain yautja might find this difficult due to extra fangs.
It’s quick and simple. Longer kisses might involve a lot of tongue since both human and yautja have them. Or they might just lick your cheek every once in awhile?
Since yautja greet friends by touching crests:
I think their normal forms of affection are similarly touch-based ergo nuzzling you with their crest or -more toward romance- caressing your face with their hands.
