Welp. Double checking to make sure I haven’t already bought any Sophie Lark books. Cause PHEW. That is far more than a one time mistake level of problematic. I absolutely believe in cancel culture, esp when it comes to my own dollars, I just do my own research first. It’s called commerce and reputation. 🤷♀️
Rolling my eyes at those dismissing the issue. People Dnf and don’t buy books from an author again for all kinds of reasons. Racism should definitely be one of them. 😏
