I like to think Tomoko is pretty devoted in terms of romance to someone else. She'll go out of her way to remember all the little things about them, to make them feel like they're more than enough. I'd say she'd make you feel like the only person in the world for her. She appreciates the quiet moments that she can share with people, behind closed doors and away from the world. She doesn't have to project her outward stoic and in control appearance, she can simply be herself.

Tomoko would move mountains to make sure her partner is not only happy, but satisfied as well.

This isn't limited to just her romantic relationships though either, platonically, she can be just as devoted to someone else as she is with a romantic partner. Tomoko doesn't trust easy, but if you do gain her trust, she'll show up for you whenever you need it, or at least get what help she can if she can't make a personal appearance. That being said, she is the type to resort to violence if someone's been hurt.

Oh she takes a VERY long time before she falls in love with someone, unless stuff has been pre-established on Discord or PMs. But in regards to relationships through interactions, it is ALWAYS a slow burn with Morg. 

She’s scared to fall in love, scared to lose those close to her due to her immortality and the possibility of them dying in some sort of combat or another reason, so she doesn’t wish to delve into that side of herself. It takes a lot of convincing, a lot of time spent together, and trust building for her to even CONSIDER the idea of falling in love.

But when she does, she loves hard. Having someone by her side after such a long time means a lot to her, to the point where she’ll do whatever she can to never leave their side, even if it means moving from her home.
