Valentine's Brownie Bark is a delightful treat perfect for sharing with your sweetheart on Valentine's Day. This crispy, chocolatey bark is adorned with colorful candy melts and festive sprinkles, making it a sweet and romantic indulgence.
Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted. 2 cups granulated sugar. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 4 large eggs. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup red or pink candy melts, melted. Valentine's-themed sprinkles.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Stir until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Spread the brownie batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, creating a thin layer. Drizzle the melted red or pink candy melts over the brownie batter in a decorative pattern. Using a toothpick or skewer, swirl the candy melts into the brownie batter to create a marbled effect. Sprinkle Valentine's-themed sprinkles on top for an extra festive touch. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are crisp and the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break the brownie bark into pieces and enjoy with your loved ones!
