I have such a crush on romantic literature. The words wind their way around my heart and into my soul. I adore the way language makes me feel and how deeply those emotions cling to every part of me.

But this love I have recently found cannot be described using words. My precious literature is no longer sufficient or able to meet the dizzying heights I reach every day. ‘I love you’ is said again and again, yet it somehow still doesn’t convey to him what that truly means to me. Three words that mean so much and are sometimes so hard to say, are suddenly not enough for me.

James. My feelings and emotions are simmering, close to overflowing, every moment of every day. Even the spaces in between are filled with you. My world is yours. My life is yours. My heart is yours. The Romantic period of literature was always my favourite, so I guess it’s no surprise now that I’m all about those cottagecore vibes. 🧺🌳 If you were to go back to university now (or if you haven’t gone/didn’t go), what would you choose to study?
