A detail I wanted to bring up bc I haven't seen anyone talking about it yet.

The knife Jay brought to the hospital?

It's Sun's butterfly knife.

I first noticed it bc it's a butterfly knife. It's a bit unique. And Jay opened it somewhat awkwardly/carefully. Butterfly knives you can flip open really cool like Sun does in literally the first scene of this show. And it makes sense he opened it that way because it's not Jay's knife!

It's literally the knife Sun has carried with him throughout this entire show.

Just a detail I thought you guys would appreciate. Bc I sure do.

I love that the moral of the story of Payback is basically just "The best revenge is a life well lived." And it's phenomenal.

Though I do think the thread of karma throughout the story does mean that the people who deserve it will in the end get their comeuppance.

I need this to be their entire vibe as a couple.

Angry and sunshine couple. Angry one always annoyed at Sunshine when happy, but the second someone makes Sunshine not happy, someone's about to get murdered.

I love them so much! I love that this group adopted Hioki so easily. They like him!

I love that they don't think of themselves as "The Big 4" no one else can join! No! They're just friends who happen to be attractive! And Hioki to them is just another regular guy who's valid for existing and capable of dating just like them! And they all think he's cute which *I* think it's really cute. They're already so encouraging to him.

And they worry about him! I love themmmm!

And right after they get off the ride when they can't find him they are all So QUICK to pull out their phones and call him.

Like, I don't even care that one of them is crushing hard and being super obvious about it - like sure, that's cute, I love that too, but it's whatever. I love THEM AS A GROUP!!!

I want Hioki to all of a sudden be on ALL of their Instagrams in all of the pictures and their whole fan base will have no choice but to accept that he's the bonus one of the group and that he's ADORABLE and needs 👏 to 👏 be 👏 protected!!! 👏 (From his own clumsy ass and low self esteem)

It's insane to me to watch Earth in Crazy Love Moo Moo.

One project now that he's a free range contract actor and he's already able to

Be an adult

Be his flamboyant stylish self

Be a bitch/antagonistic character

That all seems simple enough but I honestly can't think of one role he's had that has allowed him to be any of these things. He's had good roles, and he's a good actor! But like, his role types have been limited. So I'm excited for him! I have honestly been wanting to see him in more variety of character types for a while!
