At least Ron Benjamin's family can now have closure. For 7 months they did not know if he was alive or dead.

Today's post is a glance back into the archives of Rogue Agent Photo. In the summer of 2009, I fell in love with Dezarie and her unique vocal abilities. Along the Eel River, on the Humboldt / Mendocino county line, and filled with 10's of thousands of people, the now defunct Reggae Rising Festival roared with Love and Life. There's a ton of story, hard feelings, and rivalry that resulted from the so called "Reggae Wars", but instead of remembering it all for the craziness that it was, I remember it all for the beauty that this is. Reggae Music. Sung by Dezarie. Bass Played by Ron Benjamin with members of Midnite as the rest of the band. Red, Gold, & Green. One Love. Unity. Wow...I just got shivers thinking about it.
