Petition to have the stork as one of Arsinoe/Annabeth’s sacred animals since she’s the goddess of family and it ties into that story parents tell their kids of storks delivering babies to parents!!! Aquatic birds for the twins ❤️

I was actually thinking of using the Rook as Arsinoë’s bird

they are a member of the corvid family and very intelligent and brilliant at communicating. They use tools, can solve complex problems, are associated with design (architecture), and death (like the albatross, they are seen to guide souls)

it’s also a piece on the chess board and a very powerful piece in the game

Perse being a psychopomp for the sea, Arsinoë being a psychopomp for families
