☔️— What are they like when they’re emotional? How quickly do they recover? (Rook)

Rook is outwardly very happy-go-lucky and upbeat almost all of the time. However, like with anyone, he does have bad days. When they come around he will retreat to somewhere private and quiet to center himself as he doesn't like to be vulnerable in public spaces if he can avoid it. He likes people to assume nothing ever gets him down, that he can weather any storm and be a rock to those who need it with minimal care for himself. Of course this isn't true and bottling up his emotions the way he does takes a toll after a time, which can result in him snapping over small time things without meaning to. He's stubborn and doesn't want to break his carefully crafted illusion. With that said he does get over things quickly if only because he doesn't like to dwell.
