One year ago today, you came to pick me up on your motorcycle, drove me out of the city, and treated me to one of the sweetest nights out I have ever experienced. You brought me to your little piece of heaven, to a little dugout at the top of a hill, and it was there that you asked me to be your boyfriend. You’re my husband now, and it’s been one hell of a year, but over the last twelve months I have only grown to love you more than I did on that day. You’re better with words than me, so I can’t give you a long-winded speech about how much I love you and how happy I am that we’re married and now have a little baby together, but I want you to know that when you walked into my life, you gave it meaning, and now I get to spend the rest of it with you.
