do you seal your repainted dolls? and if yes then what do you use?

Yep! I use matte and glossy varnish that I apply with a brush. Matte goes on the whole face and then I add some gloss on the eyes, lips and sometimes the tip of the nose (for extra cute).

My matte varnish comes from a nerdy board game shop and is meant for plastic miniatures (also a good place to find the tiniest brushes!). The gloss varnish was... something my dad had lying around, just regular decent-ish quality acrylic varnish should do the job. That is, if you only use acrylics, working with water colour pencils and pastels is a whole different story.
