Top Golf with the homies! #topGOLF #ROOMIEnight #dzyDAMN
Good times. 2/10 would not recommend lip plumper thingies. Although our lips were left quite soft. Also, conversations out of a window at 2am are not private. #debatethat When I'm married one day, my book is going to be fantastic. #dontdebatethat 😂 Always confess your love. Especially if you can add, "I've always loved you." Or "I like you just as you are." #roomienight #again #PrideandPrejudice #singlelife #bcDarcy #alwaysDarcy #theINTJofmyENFPdreams
Nothing is better than a roommate night watching Tangled and eating fresh brownies with ice cream. 😍🙌🏼❤️ #roomienight
The art assignment: “Assembly Line” by Bob Snead
Artist: minnesbeta
For roomie-night we decided to make mushroom dumplings as an assembly line. I made four instruction steps and my room-mates copied until the steamer was full. Very tasty art assignment!
Recipe (a bit fused between China and Japan):
Dough: Mix 4,5 dl wheat flour with as much as you need of 2 dl water. Put the dough in a plastic bag in the fridge while you make the filling.
Filling: Fry finely minced cabbage, shitake mushrooms, spring onion, ginger, garlic and chili peppar in a pan with sesame and rapeseed oil. Add fish sauce until salty enough.
Roll out the dough (preferable with a pasta machine if you have one) and use a glass to make round pieces. Add filling, fold over, press tight and bring the ends together to make a little bundle. Steam until semi-transperant. Eat with sesame oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce until stuffed.
