Christine giggled, “I’m not that good, but I am a geek and practiced in German, French and English. It’s always good to have that skill, it opens up for more job offers.”
“So this story is about?”
“Love, belonging, musical performance….In this scene, Ariadne wants Hermes to take her to the realm of the dead.”
“This is the one that is an opera within an opera?! Like Midsummer Night's Dream!” I gushed. “But this is a little sad?”
“Hmm it sort of is Like Midsummer, in a way. This part is the opera, where in Midsummer there is a–”
“A tragedy! Even though it is mostly played for laughs,” I giggled. “This is such fun! I’d love to help you rehearse.”
