New Year, New Ginger! 🥳 . Over a year ago I planted two pieces of store-bought ginger. For months over that winter—nothing 😒 But late spring shoots started shooting up 🤘 . Harvested about 7-8 pieces (some were rooted hella deep & broke). Immediately replanted 3-4 pieces & some stray roots ✊🏼 . Will taste one of these, then replant the rest once breaks have dried so they don’t mold over in the soil.
