One Direction's Niall Horan, retired champion jockey AP McCoy and actor and star of The Secret James Nesbitt are among those playing at The K Club
A host of famous faces have been lined-up to play in this year's Pro-Am tournament at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open.
One Direction's Niall Horan , retired champion jockey AP McCoy , actor and star of The Secret James Nesbitt and Northern Ireland football legend Pat Jennings have been amongst those announced for the star-studded event on May 18.
13-year-old world junior champion golfer Tom McKibbin from Newtownabbey has also been announced in the line-up, after being invited by the host himself, Rory McIlroy, much to the young golfer's delight.
This year's event, hosted by The Rory Foundation is taking place at The K Club, Co Kildare from May 19-22.
US Masters Champion Danny Willett, Martin Kaymer, Defending champion Søren Kjeldsen, Shane Lowry, Lee Westwood, Padraig Harrington, Rafa Cabrera Bello, Graeme McDowell and Darren Clarke have already been confirmed to play in the Open.
Tickets for this year’s Dubai Duty Free Irish are priced at only €30 per day with a season ticket costing just €70 for the entire four days.
A portion of all tickets sales this year will go towards the Rory Foundation which was established by Rory McIlroy in 2013 to help children live better lives by raising funds and offering support to children’s charities around the world.
