When Their S/o is Stressed (Detective League)

Maikel: TOTALLY UNDERSTANDS THAT FEELING BUT HE'S A HUGE HYPOCRITE. Like, he's with Rosario and he's stressed and unable to do things BUT HEAVEN FORBID IF ROSA IS STRESSED because then Maikel is all: "You should take a break, c'mon. No amount of work is worth you being in a condition like this." and ROSARIO JUST SIDE EYEING HIM BECAUSE NOW he understands that overworking yourself isn't good. He will cuddle with Rosario shirtless since he knows his pecs are soothing to him for some reason so that's sweet at least-

Kana: I can see Shayan being upset and wanting to train harder when he loses a fight, Kana would just watch him and frown before offering him to come over and just surrounding him with her wolves. After all, what eases stress better than being snuggled up by big fluffy puppies. She would also give him incredibly helpful words of wisdom and just tell him: "I'm always here if you need me." and she, like, gives him a shy peck on the lips before she's all: "I, uh, made muffins for you, too. I'll get them." and Shayan smirking after her.

Mriga: Khamron doesn't like talking about his dad and since his dad is the cause of most of his stress, I can see Khamron not really talking about it. Not to mention he's so upbeat and happy go lucky that not many people aside from those closest him notice it so Mriga taking him aside to talk about it privately. She likes to cuddle him but I can also see her leaving post it notes on his sketchbooks and lockers with positive affirmations and reminding him that she believes he can get through it.

Minako: SHE AND KENNEDY BOTH DUDE. I actually think they take their stress out via sparring so when Kennedy is upset because Denji got away with a crime, Minako just ruffling her hair and she's all: "C'mon, I think I know how to make you feel better~" and they fight with all they've got but they're laughing and giggling and flirting too. Or like, she knows Kennedy likes playing music too so Minako will just climb on her lap and ask Kennedy to sing for her and Kennedy knows what she's doing but she smiles and does it anyways as Minako just lets her hands wander all over her girlfriend and Kennedy visibly relaxes in her hold.

Chase: If Elazar is stressed from work or, more specifically, from his team then Chase will offer to talk to them herself or to have some of the leaguers talk to them. Or if he's stressing about a stain on the counter or anything else, Chase just calming him down and she's all: "We can both clean it together!" and Chase is always willing to do things Elazar's way when cleaning *but like, she will also let him know if it's too much* and then will give him an amazing massage with her hands and just praise him, calling her her "Super Sexy Space Pirate Captain" to make him smile. Sometimes if they're alone, she'll just stuff his face in her boobs and he can use them as stress balls.

Kyler: Kyler is very easy going and wouldn't know if Samara was stressed right away but when she snaps and gets upset, he feels bad for not noticing and tells her to let him know. Then he'd do his best to try and alleviate it. Like, if someone is getting too close to her forest? He just puts "active crime scene" tape around it and stuff. Or if she's stressing about something else, he will do his best to calm her nerves and cuddle her and just praises her and tells her she's doing everything right and if she needs help, just to let him know. Their favorite way to relieve Samara's stress would also just straight up be sex-

Boomer: HE PROBABLY CAUSED IT NGL😭 Like, maybe he accidentally spilled coffee on Eloise's computer and she had a dead line due that day. HE WOULD ABSOLUTELY GET HER A NEW ONE AND FEELS SO BAD ABOUT IT. If she needs space, he will give it to her, and he will always make up for it with a gift. Like maybe he flies her around the city in his arms since I can see that being relaxing. Takes her to the movies as a little apology gift. Or just cuddles her to his heart's content and she can just snuggle into his boobs♡

NO BECAUSE MAIKEL IS A MAN WITH A NOT VERY STRONG CONSITUTION. Like, when girls try to get with him for his money, he gets super flustered but not in a cute romantic way but in a: "I don't know what to do in this situation, please leave me alone." Like, one girl puts both her hands on his chest and he backs away from her and stuff and he's all: "Y-Yeah, no, I'm with someone already."

And Maikel just dodging them and he's all: "Sorry, you're just not my type-"

"I bet I can be, though!"

AND THEY'RE LITERALLY CHASING HIM. Like Warden and Angelo having a chill conversation but Maikel pushes between them and then the girl whose trying to chase him pushes Warden out if the way and like, him even using Kana as a shield or something to hide from her and he's all: "I'M INTO RAVENETTES-"

"I CAN DYE MY HAIR."

"Uh, I LIKE ALTS."

"YOU CAN BUY ME WHATEVER OUTFITS YOU WANT-"

but then Rosario just steps in between him and the girl and he's all: "Back up from him. NOW." and the girl glares and Maikel is panting and stuff and he's all: "And also, anyone packing 7 inches."

and the girl looks Rosario up and down before scoffing and storming off and Rosario turns around and he's all: "You okay?" and Maikel nodding and he's all: "That...was so terrifying-" and Rosario smiles and he's all: "Aw, you poor baby.~" and hugs him and Angelo and Warden rolling their eyes.

BUT YEAH, PEOPLE COMING UP TO MAIKEL AND HITTING ON HIM AND MAIKEL DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO RESPOND EXCEPT PRAY HIS BOYFRIEND SAVES HIM.

Rosario but he tugs Maikel by the tie a lot, like Maikel never says it hurts *because it really doesn't for him* and I love the idea because Maikel genuinely doesn't mind. So whenever they're investigating and stuff, he's all: "Hey, Question Boy, check this out." and he grabs Maikel by his tie and pulls him over to where the clue is. Or like, when Warden tricks them and HALT agents are about to fire, he's all: "MAIKEL!" and he grabs his tie and pulls him down and Maikel falls on top of him and Maikel is all: "Thanks."

But also, Maikel taking him out in a date and Rosario grabbing his tie to show him something that he wants and stuff. Or when they're at a team meeting and Rosario is all: "I want to talk to you, privately. About my parents." and he grabs Maikel to pull him to the side and stuff. Kyler teases him about it and he's all: "Haha, mate, with the way ya keep wearing a tie, I'd say you like it when he does that." and Maikel stays silent and Kyler is all: "...OH, YOU DO LIKE IT WHEN HE DOES THAT-"

I DON'T TALK ENOUGH ABOUT MAIKEL BEING DOMINICAN AND THAT'S ACTUALLY SO SAD BECAUSE HE ALSO LOVES HIS CULTURE A LOT.

Like, when the weather gets colder, Maikel makes Dominican tea which has apples and red onions and cinnamon and a bunch of other good stuff that boosts the immune system and you're supposed to drink it the entire winter month because it does strengthen your immune system and if you get sick, it won't be as bad. So Renee sometimes makes it for him and reminds him to drink it but also, he makes it for Rosario too.

SO IMAGINE THERE'S A COLD GOING AROUND WITH THE OTHER SUPERHEROES and Rosario is all: "Haha, perks of having a Domenican boyfriend♡" Or like, he makes him fried plantains for dinner and stuff because it's easy and delicious.

Renee also totally get snacks from the international store for Maikel that are from the Dominican Republic and Maikel shares them with Rosario and Rosario just making Dominicam inspired desserts for Maikel and Maikel looking at him with heart eyes because GOD, HIS BOYFRIEND IS THE BEST♡

Maikel is hella paranoid and he does get extremely jealous sometimes, WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE CONSIDERING HIS GF'S CO-STAR LITERALLY NEARLY KILLED HIM, but he's been through it with Felicia and Kyler to know that he should have more faith in his romantic partners. But like, some dude or girl hitting on Rosario and Rosario being NOT into it and Maikel is standing next to him and scowling before he murmurs something and the person is all: "Sorry, what'd you say?" and Maikel looks at them and he's all: "You have a charge of petty theft and other minor criminal charges...I know because I study the police databases extensively everyday." and Rosario smiles at Maikel and drinks his wine and they're all: "U-Uh, you must have me confused with someone else-"

AND THEN MAIKEL DROPS THEIR FULL GOVERNMENT NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AND OLD AND CURRENT ADDRESS THEY HAVE IN GOTHAM and the person is all: "H-How do you know that?"

Maikel: "I do a little investigating on the side. So unless you'd like me to look into you further, I suggest you leave."

And Rosario smiling at Maikel the entire time and Maikel is all: "...What?"

Rosario: "Nothing, I've just never seen you jealous before."

Maikel: "I wasn't jealous..."

Rosario: "No! I genuinely thought you were cute!" and Maikel blushes a little bit before tugging at his collar a little.

NO BECAUSE S/O'S ASKING THE OTHER TO MOVE IN WITH EACH OTHER AND SHIT. Like, Nick and Holly was emotional, BUT THE OTHER ONES BEING HAPPY-

Kennedy and Minako wanting to move into their own place together and Oliver having a hard time letting them go so he's all: "I dunno, this apartment building is kinda shady." and Minako is all: "Oliver, there's a literal daycare in this apartment complex." and Oliver is all: "They could be training those kids to rob everyone in this house blind, you don't know-" and Kennedy rolling her eyes as Minako giggles.

James-Dean wanting to ask Felicia but he doesn't want to be creepy about it or he's worried they might be moving too fast but then one day, when they're info dumping about theater, Felicia is all: "Oh, how fun would it be if I moved in with you!? That way we can-" and she goes on and on about the fun things they can do if they lived together *they practically do but like, officially* and JAMES-DEAN BEING SO HAPPY.

Kyler wanting to move in with Samara and SAMARA IS SO DOWN FOR IT AND SHE'S ALL: "Yay! But I hope you know that there are magical creatures in the forest here and there." so Kyler studies magical beings with John Constantine and Zelena so he can kinda have background knowledge BUT THE WAY HE'D BE SUCH A STAY AT HOME HUSBAND. Like, he teleports mid battle and he's all: "I HAVE A MEAT PIE IN THE OVEN FOR ME BELOVED THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IN 20 MINUTES SO LET'S WRAP THIS UP-" and he'll replenish her herbs and spices and goes out early in the morning to get her a fresh bowl of berries♡

MAIKEL AND ROSARIOOOO. At first, Maikel would want to avoid the topic because he leads such a dangerous life but when Amias sends men to attack Rosario's place, Maikel just realizing it's best if someone stays with him and he's all: "We're gonna build our house together." and Rosario is so confused but like, Maikel is all: "Do you want a breakfast nook or no?" and Rosario cuddling up to him instantly BECAUSE, HELL YES, HE WANTS A BREAKFAST NOOK. Maikel even making sure there's a wood-fired pizza oven and stuff AND PLACES FOR THE CATS TO HANG OUT.

NO BECAUSE MAIKEL AND ROSARIO LIKE TO BANG IN THE CLOSET AND EVERYONE JUST KNOWS IT. Like, Tommy and Martha are chuckling and Tommy is all: "How about we meet in the closet for some fun~" and Martha is all: "Oh, no, that's...uh...It gets used a lot by, um, Rosario and Maikel." or, like, Rosario and Maikel are going at it and when they walk out, KYLER IS JUST STANDING THERE and Maikel walks into him and Maikel is all: "KYLER!? Were you LISTENING TO US THE WHOLE TIME!?" and Kyler is all: "Nah, I had airlods. Anyways, a body was just found. Figured we should look into it-"

Maikel: "WHA- When did YOU GET THIS!?"

Kyler: "Eh, 20 minutes ago?"

Maikel: "AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME!?"

Kyler: "WHA- WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOCK ON THE CLOSET AND SAY: SORRY TAH KILL THE MOOD AND LEAVE IT AS DEAD AS THE VICTIM WE JUST PICKED UP BUT THERE'S A VICTIM!"

Rosario: "Kyler, oh my fucking God-"
