"You know how he gets when he starts to focus on something." Vivienne took a sip of her own tea. "After all, there have been rumors of a few things happening at once around Lumoise City. So, he's been investigating on his own."

"Mmmm." She knows what he's looking into, but now's not the time to spoil. "I guess that's fair. I'm just glad that I was able to say goodbye in the small time that we shared."

"He appreciates it. Although, what about Artemis?"

"Arty and I had... our own goodbyes already." Heidi chuckled.

"I see. Very well. I won't pry, then." Vivienne chuckled.

It looks like the two were getting along, and it looks like Rose already will have company when she enters.

    HAD ANY OF the rumors of Jirachi’s sleep been true, no amount of poking or prodding would have any effect. Thankfully, the hearsay is quickly proven false by the drowsy little hum the star utters at the contact. They float unsteadily upright, eyes still shut tight.

❝Mmmnn... Rose...?❞

    Their tone is tinged with familiarity; they’ve yet to forget any names that were told to them, and even with their eyes closed, they do recognize the voice speaking to them.

❝I remember! Uhm.... it has been lots of days since last time, yes...?❞

There's a few stemless roses sitting upon Vivienne's dining room table, awaiting her attention - they're all a familiar pink hue, and a just-as-familiar material. Diamond. There's also a note: "A bouquet is tricky when I have one color to work with. Stems, even more so. Nevertheless, happy Mother's Day, maman. Love, Rose" "P.S. I would have stayed to give you this present in person, but the Carbink have elected me 'close enough to a mom,' it seems. I planned a second gift for you, but I shall have to leave you in suspense for now."

Oh? Vivienne had come downstairs to get her standard tea when she saw something different on her dining room table. Curious, she paused from her tea to check out what was left for her.

Oh... this looks like Rose's handiwork. Oh, don't tell her that she overslept and had missed out on Rose's visit today, because Vivienne really missed her. Well, may as well read the note.

Vivienne blushed a little as she finished reading the note. How sweet of her, to still be thinking of her even when away like this, and even when she has to go off to do her own mother-like duties on a motherly day. Vivienne picked up the stemless roses and placed them to be nice on the dining room table. She wouldn't replace these with the world.

Perhaps she should do something nice in return.

[Hmmm... no, the energy is getting stronger, so I should be going the right way....]

The hardest part about venturing into an unmapped cave by yourself is that you can tend to get turned around pretty quickly, especially if there's little visibility. The best part about being a Latias primarily, however, is the fact that one can get a sense of the different energies in an area to guide you through the lessened visibility.

[Reminds me of my Weather Wars days. How long has it been since I've been in a position like this in the very world that I live in?]

Still, Heidi found her way down and found her way to Rose... and what looked like a lot of Carbink. That must have been the Carbink that she guided down here.

Heidi decided to fly down as is. What are the Carbink going to do? Moonblast her?

Vivienne was holding Rose's invitation to Rayquaza and Lillie's holiday party. She knocked on the door before slightly opening it. It was still very early in the morning, after all.

"Rose, deerieeee~. Are you awake?" Vivienne seemed extremely chipper. "I have wonderful news! It appears that Rayquaza has invited us to a holiday party in the Hoenn region! Would you like to come?"

If it weren’t for Rose’s call, she would have finished up her sneaky deposit on her present self’s computer without even noticing that someone came in. “Sorry. I was busy working on my experiment results.” Heidi got up and bowed. “...Oh! Yeah! This is obvious, but how do you like the new look? It’s only temporary, but I kinda like it!”
