Today I'm starting the box of macarons with rose macarons. The variety packs I got don't have any rose macarons, so I went with the raspberry macarons from the Marketside gelato macarons variety pack for these.

These are very soft with a good raspberry flavor. I'm not sure what else to say, these are pretty straightforward and very good.
