Up today are lemon macarons. I'm having the lemon macarons from the Marketside gelato macaron variety pack.

Just like the rasbberry macarons, these are very soft. The flavor is a nice sweet lemony one, but it doesn't appeal to me as much as the raspberry macarons. I prefer a more tart or even sour lemon flavor.
