Rose watch update: lots of flowers now!

Rose watch update: the rose is now starting to grow flower buds. However some of the black spot is back especially on some of the buds. I cut off the leaves with it and sprayed it. I’m not sure if I should take off the buds with the black spot or let them grow 🤔

The rose is sprouting lots of new leaves and not a single one has black spots! Things are going well but I’d still appreciate any advice especially for the PNW area :)

Welcome to rose watch. I’m hoping to catalog this roses journey back to health. I don’t have a photo but this rose was close to death. It was completely brown, had black spot fungus, and dingy roses. I’ve been taking care of it and now it’s 90% green and no black spots to be found. I’ll update in the future with how it’s going

 (ps any advice would be great I am new to gardening. I live in the Pacific NW and I know roses are hard to grow here so anyone who has experience with that please advise)
