...Wait. Wasn’t Rose’s only Pokemon her Eevee...? Christ, I hope she’s got somethin’ planned.

🌟: Has your character met any Legendary Pokémon before? If so, what were the encounters like? Do they have any Legendary Pokémon on their team? If not, do they believe in Legendary Pokémon?

She meets them on a surprisingly semi-frequent basis. In fact, she's friends with a Diancie. Even if the opportunity arose, though, she'd never consider catching a legendary Pokemon for herself, even ones there are more than one of. The idea's just... kind of icky to her.

Worth noting, though, that she doesn't consider Ultra Beasts to be legendaries.
