Gonna toss in my OC for consideration, so introducing Roselight! She's Aligned Optimus Prime's daughter, with this design being specifically her RID15 look, where she is helping Bumblebee with his team after also receiving a mysterious message from her supposed-to-be-dead father.
She's a medic, very sweet and kind, but at times you can definitely tell she was Ratchet's apprentice not that long ago. She is also eager to be in the field and actively doing things, since much of her childhood was spent cooped up in Autobot bases and ships for her safety.
