That’s exactly how! To my knowledge, Dominance is weighted based on the number of Active players in a flight (inactive players don’t count!), meaning you need MORE exalts to get a certain number of ‘points’, while a smaller flight needs less to get the same amount! Earth is the smallest flight, but they also have a lot of heavy hitters in terms of exalting, so they’re able to pump out a lot of dragons to the exalt pool with much less effort than it takes for larger flights. 

They might be small, but that gives them POWER!!

It’s so great! Especially when it’s public humiliation! I also love when the whumpee is royalty or had some position of power, but now their lowered status as prisoner is being shown off. Bring on the taunting!
